COATS® 5000 TRUCK TIRE CHANGER

This low-cost heavy-duty changer can accommodate tube-type or tubeless tires with rim diameter form 15" to 38". It features smooth Electro-hydraulic power for fault-free performance; and an easy-to-use swing-arm house all hydraulic controls, with a dedicated lever for each powered function. A preset pressure bypass valve prevents hydraulic system overload that could result in damage.

The hydraulic clamping chuck is self-centering and can accept agricultural wheels up to 38". An adjustable pressure regulator ensures proper matching of the chuck pressure to the rim strength. Heavy, tapered roller bearings support the chuck, and a hydraulic motor rotates it in either direction via chain-and-sprocket drive gear. The result is smooth torque for removing all types of tires.

A roller-type tire spreader is standard equipment. The tool carriage, which incorporates three sockets for the bead-loosening disc and the tire mounting/ demounting assembly, is conveniently, located below the wheel and tire to accommodate different widths.
