COATS® 6000 TRUCK TIRE CHANGER
 The COATS® 6000 is designed for servicing tubeless tires. It's rugged, dependable, fast, safe and easy-to-use, In fact, it can change tubeless truck tires in a matter of minutes without the use of adapters, as well as loosen tube-type tire beads.
Designed for wheel widths of 6" to 15" and diameters of 16.5" to 24.5", the COATS® 6000 can handle all 15" single-piece highway rims, including demoutable Dayton wheels, reverse disc Budd wheels and standard disc wheels.
Power is Electro-hydraulic for the double bead loosener (adjustable to a 20" width) and pneumatic for the three-jaw, self-centering rim chuck. Mounting tires is easy thanks to a two-position chuck adjustment range and the pivoting tabletop that allows mounting/demounting in any position form near vertical to near horizontal.
One control stick is used for pivoting the table-top and clamping the rim chuck, while beadloosing, mounting and demounting are activated by dedicated two-way pedals.
